Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reetech processes personal data on this website, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG/FADP).

Controller: Reetech, Spreitenbach, 8957 Aargau, Switzerland. Email: info@reetech.ch, phone: +383 44 990 666.

Contact form and email. When you contact us, we process your name, email, company and message only to answer your request and, if a project follows, to prepare an offer. We keep the data as long as needed for this purpose and for legal retention periods.

Hosting. This website is hosted by Webland AG in Switzerland. The host processes technical data (IP address, browser, time of access) in server logs to run and secure the site. Our emails are handled by Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation).

Fonts and scripts. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. We do not load Google Fonts or other external trackers.

Website assistant (chat). When you use the chat, your messages are sent through our server to Groq, Inc. (USA) to generate the answers. We do not store chat conversations on our server. If you send your details through the "Get an offer" form in the chat, we receive them by email together with the recent chat messages, and use them only to answer you. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.

WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you click it; after that, WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.

Mini game leaderboard. If you save a score in the "Defend the Eagle" game, we store the nickname you type, your score, the stage you reached and the date, and show them on the public leaderboard. We do not store your email or IP address with the score. Your best score and name are also kept in your own browser. To remove an entry, write to info@reetech.ch.

Cookies and analytics. This website does not set tracking cookies.

Your rights. You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to info@reetech.ch.
